Given the final report of 2020, we all got a hard lesson last year on just how important it is to be agile, both for individuals as well as companies.

Agility is more than a mindset it is a business practice.

Being a person who can adapt to many situations is useless if the companies stay apathetic in their expectations and processes. Companies need to take a serious look at their processes and do an agility check.

The gold lining of this pandemic is that we have all learned to expect the unexpected, and to be more comfortable with getting out of our comfort zones.

There is always a solution, and having an agile mind and organization increases the capacity of founding it.
